Simple meeting instructions for clients and managers.

How to Join a Meeting

1. Open your secure meeting link.

2. Allow microphone and camera when asked.

3. Click Join. If the manager is not inside yet, stay on the waiting screen.

4. Manager admits clients from the waiting room pop-up.

5. If sound does not work, refresh once and rejoin.

Troubleshooting

Use Chrome browser on phone or computer.

If others cannot hear you, check mic permission and unmute.

If camera is blocked, close other apps using camera and rejoin.

If join is slow, wait 10 seconds, then refresh once.

For Managers

Use Join as Manager for moderator access.

Clients wait in the lobby until you admit them.

Use Join as Client only when testing customer view.

Share only the client link with customers.

Join 1-2 minutes early so clients are admitted quickly.
